DOD:S Block Class Respawn (by root)

Description:
Prevents immediately re-spawning after changing player class within a spawn area (like in old DoD:S)
I do this plugin because some players re-spawned again after being hurt or to spam grenades, and that's not good I think!
ConVars:
dod_blockrespawn <0/1/2/3> - Determines when block player respawning after changing class:
0 - Disable plugin
1 - Block when player is hurt or have used any explosives, such as greandes and rockets (default)
2 - Always block respawning
